By clicking 'Register' you accept all registration policies and approve any applicable credit charges. Submission of this form is considered a formal registration and indicates your agreement to all Grace Aroma Wellness and Polarity Healing Arts of California policies and conditions, including responsibility for all tuition incurred. If you choose to drop this course, you must do so by phoning the Grace office at least two weeks prior to the course start date. There is a $10.00 administrative fee to drop a course. For courses dropped less than one week prior to the start date, there will be a $50.00 late drop fee.
